About us

We’re Syd and Macky. We’re professional mountain bike racers on a quest to race the best and most challenging mountain bike races around the world (and document the adventure on YouTube).

We have to eat a lot of food to keep that quest going! We believe that eating wins races, and that it’s possible to fuel your goals with delicious, flavorful food – “healthy” food doesn’t need to be bland, and a healthy diet doesn’t need to exclude whole food groups or your favorite treats. Our cookbook shares our best recipes, our food philosophy and advice from our dietitian, Dina Griffin (The Nutrition Mechanic).
